We are Carolyn and Joseph Biondi and we live
on Long Island, NY.

Here at Tartan Bay, we enjoy showing our
versatile Border Collies in conformation and
performance dog competitions. Tartan Bay
dogs are sucessfully competing in agility,
herding, obedience, rally and conformation rings
throughout the USA.

We handle our own dogs in all of the venues and
are very proud of their accomplishments.
