We are Carolyn and Joseph Biondi and we live on Long Island, NY.

Here at Tartan Bay, we enjoy showing our versatile purpose-bred border collies in conformation and performance dog competitions. Tartan Bay dogs are successfully competing in agility, obedience, herding, rally and conformation events across the USA.

We handle our own dogs in all of the venues and are very proud of their accomplishments.
